Complaints

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

1) All items purchased from Toptextil Sp. z o.o. are covered by a guarantee (warranty for hidden defects) for a period of two years from the date of purchase, providing that:
– the item is used in compliance with its purpose
– the item is correctly maintained and cleaned
– correct transport procedures are observed
– the item is correctly stored
– the fabric is correctly mounted on the furniture

2) The customer must report any complaints in writing, by email or traditional post. Complaints should be sent using the complaint form (available for download on the Toptextil website) and should include:
– company name
– name and surname of the person lodging the complaint
– precise address
– contact telephone
– date and place of purchase
– sales invoice number of the fabric
– name and colour of the fabric
– roll number
– number of metres of material subject to the complaint
– date on which the defect was noticed
– cause for complaint
– demands of the customer

3) Complaints should be sent to:

– post: Toptextil Sp. z o.o., ul. Lwowska 40, 34-100 Wadowice

4) Toptextil Sp. z o.o. will issue a response to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
