Fabric quilting services

Quilting services are another speciality of our company. Our experience and specialised, modern machinery allow us to satisfy even the most sophisticated wishes of our customers. Before you decide to use this service, however, we would like to clarify what quilting really is. Fabric quilting involves the highly permanent joining of two pieces of fabric, a soft one and a thick one. This type of combination provides thermoinsulation properties, and the material lays out evenly. Apart from these amazing properties that the material gains, the stunning visual effect is also worth noting. Our company provides quilting services using two technologies: thread quilting and ultrasound quilting. Depending on the customer’s needs, we offer various thickness of the insulating material: 50 g/m2 , 80 g/m2, 100 g/m2, 120 g/m2, 150 g/m2, 200 g/m2, 300 g/m2.

Thread quilting

Thread quilting is the traditional method involving sewing a fabric to an insulating material. Depending on the thickness of the material, appropriately sized needles and thread are used. Currently, our offer includes several dozen tried and tested quilting patterns which enjoy considerable popularity. These patterns are perfect for quilting mattress materials. Despite that fact that we offer standardised patterns, we are also open to new designs proposed by our customers, and we are sure that our experience in combination with our modern machinery will manage every new idea.

Ultrasound quilting

Ultrasound quilting is an innovative method of enhancing fabrics without the use of thread or needles. During the ultrasound quilting process, the materials are heated using ultrasonic waves and pressed together. This method allows regular patterns to be created on a given material and fibres to be used for insulating the material. The extra fibre used in the process is permanently bound to the material. Without a doubt, the main advantage of this method is the absence of holes caused by needles in the traditional method.
