Complaint Policy

Toptextil Complaint Procedure

The purpose of this procedure is to define the method and timeline for handling complaint procedures
at Toptextil Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as Toptextil)

  1. The warranty period is 24 months from the date the item is delivered to the Buyer.
  2. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt. Do not
    accept shipments damaged in transit.
  3. In such a case, it is necessary to draw up a damage report with the carrier and
    notify Toptextil of the incident.
  4. The party authorized to submit complaints is the Customer who made a
    direct purchase from Toptextil. If a defect is discovered by an indirect Customer,
    the complaint must be submitted through the direct
    Customer.
  5. The direct Customer is obliged to submit a complaint by filling out the
    complaint form – Appendix No. 1, and sending it to the email address
    reklamacje@toptextil.pl.
  6. If the subject of the complaint is fabric on finished furniture, all
    sales documents for the fabric/furniture in the distribution chain must be presented.
  7. The complaint procedure begins on the day all
    necessary documents are provided.
  8. Toptextil will confirm receipt of the complaint by assigning it a number and
    will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, no later than
    28 days from the start of the complaint procedure.
  9. For a complaint to be considered, the Buyer must present the defective
    fabric or allow it to be examined if providing a sample is not possible.
    The returned complaint item/fabric must be properly packaged and
    secured to prevent additional mechanical
    damage and soiling during transport. Toptextil Service excludes the possibility of exchanging fabric
    for new. A new roll or piece must be reordered if
    necessary.
  10. The period for considering the complaint may be extended by the time required for
    examining the subject of the complaint, and the Buyer will be informed
    of this fact.
