(hereinafter referred to as Toptextil) <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>proper use of the fabric or fabric on furniture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proper maintenance and cleaning of the fabric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proper transport of the fabric or furniture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proper storage of the fabric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proper application of the fabric on furniture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The warranty period is 24 months from the date the item is delivered to the Buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt. Do not<br\/>accept shipments damaged in transit. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In such a case, it is necessary to draw up a damage report with the carrier and<br\/>notify Toptextil of the incident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The party authorized to submit complaints is the Customer who made a<br\/>direct purchase from Toptextil. If a defect is discovered by an indirect Customer,<br\/>the complaint must be submitted through the direct<br\/>Customer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The direct Customer is obliged to submit a complaint by filling out the<br\/>complaint form \u2013 Appendix No. 1, and sending it to the email address<br\/>reklamacje@toptextil.pl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the subject of the complaint is fabric on finished furniture, all<br\/>sales documents for the fabric\/furniture in the distribution chain must be presented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The complaint procedure begins on the day all<br\/>necessary documents are provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toptextil will confirm receipt of the complaint by assigning it a number and<br\/>will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, no later than<br\/>28 days from the start of the complaint procedure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For a complaint to be considered, the Buyer must present the defective<br\/>fabric or allow it to be examined if providing a sample is not possible.<br\/>The returned complaint item\/fabric must be properly packaged and<br\/>secured to prevent additional mechanical<br\/>damage and soiling during transport. Toptextil Service excludes the possibility of exchanging fabric<br\/>for new.
